thecupcake.company takes its responsibilities regarding your privacy and the safeguarding of any personal information you supply us with very seriously and all employees who need access to your personal data are obliged by law to respect the confidentiality of it. Sometimes your personal information needs updating. If we are fulfilling an order for you or arranging an answer to a query and you would like to change the details you initially provided, please e-mail us with the changes to info@thecupcake.company. We will contact you if required and will also confirm when the changes have been made. DO NOT email us with specific updated bank account details. Merely state that they have changed and we will contact you.

Your information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have specifically requested or agreed for this to happen. “Marketing” in this case means periodic updates on ranges and offers from thecupcake.company. If you do request to be kept informed, you will also be advised how to end this service, should you subsequently change your mind.

You should be aware that e-mail correspondence with any organisation cannot be guaranteed as secure. Therefore only include sufficient information in your e-mailed enquiries and orders to enable us to understand your requirements and make contact with you. NEVER include bank details in an e-mail to us. If you are paying by card we will take deposit and final payments from you either in person or over the phone in a secure manner. If you are ever unsure that the person who has contacted you for card payment is not representing thecupcake.company, do not give your details over the phone and call us direct to make the payment instead on 07450 214301.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of thecupcake.company and in line with our terms and conditions of business. If made by credit or debit card, they will only be returned to the card used to make the initial payment.

In using our website, you agree to the use of cookies to enable us to collect analytical data on how our site is used, which pages users visit and other basic information.
